Recently visited to the store to purchase 2 cone cakes and had chocolate pyramid cake. Very much upset with the quality which had degraded as per rates. Size of the cone cake had reduced and more over the cream of chocolate pyramid cake was pathetic. The cream was so hard even the spoon broke. When asked to the attendant he gave an excuse that the fridge is on that's why..... had a bad experience please check the quality before purchasing.

Yesterday, I and my sister went to Food Exx Restaurant, Guwahati. Their services are really poor. I had to wait for half an hour for the waiter and that too they showed their kindness by sending the waiter after complaining to the manager. After all these the main thing happened and this is serious...
I ASKED THE WAITER TO GIVE US WATER. HE PUSHED THE PACKAGED DRINKING WATER WHICH THEY ARE SELLING MORE THAN THE MRP i.e. THEY ARE CHARGING RS. 30 FOR A 1 LTR BOTTLE FOR WHICH THE ACTUAL MRP IS RS. 20. I SAID NO TO THE WAITER AND ASKED HIM TO SERVE US NORMAL WATER THAT THEY SERVE IN THEIR RESTAURANT.
AND YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW, THE WAITER SERVED US THE SAME WATER THAT A LADY WAS WASHING THE USED PLATES, i.e. FROM THE WATER TAP DIRECTLY. I DIDN'T EXPECT IT FROM A RESTAURANT WHICH CHARGES THAT MUCH PRICE FOR THEIR FOODS. AFTER ALL THE CUSTOMERS PAY NOT ONLY FOR THE FOOD BUT FOR THE SERVICES AND BELIEF THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF OUR HYGIENE ALSO. I WENT TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD THE WHOLE STORY AND HE SAID THAT THE WAITER MUST BE IN HURRY. LITERALLY THAT WAS HIS REPLY TO THE SITUATION. LATER AFTER ARGUING FOR SOME MORE TIME WITH THE MANAGER HE CALLED THE WAITER AND TOLD HIM NOT TO DO IT AGAIN. THATS IT.
THIS KIND OF RESPONSES FROM THE MANAGER ALSO PUT ME IN A GREAT DOUBT ABOUT THE WAY THEIR FOODS ARE BEING PREPARED.
I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN AGAINST FOOD EXX, GUWAHATI, IN THE CONSUMER FORUM AND STATE FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENTS. LETS SEE IF THERE IS A SOLUTION TO THESE NONSENSES.
